November 2002 - Present (14 years) As a freelance professional in my own Architecture Studio. Exercising tasks of technical assistance in works, technical direction in projects of single-family and multi-family houses, structural rehabilitations, drafting of opening projects, topographical measurements, valuations and elaboration of reports and technical and legal appraisals to lawyers and Courts of all the province of Alicante. Drafting of ITES and ICES. Working with both Spanish and English clients. Highly experienced in diagnosis and repair of all types of damp using the latest technology systems.

July 1998 - October 2002 (4 years 4 months) As a freelance professional, carrying out the construction of 20, 40 and 112 dwellings in blocks between party walls and isolated in Elche, alternating this work with technical and legal reports and appraisals.

June 1998 - July 1998 (2 months) Preliminary study and contracting of building works for the Miguel Hernández University of Elche.

October 1997 - June 1998 (9 months) Construction Manager and Project Manager in single-family houses in Torrevieja and Orihuela Costa.
